SOFI CAKE (GLUTEN FREE) – This is our best seller! A chocolate based torte with a dulce de leche center topped with a homemade whipped cream and delicate ribbons of chocolate.
NUTELLA SPECTACULAR – This torte has a soft chocolate base cake layered with a chocolate ganache and nutella cream filling. We finish it off with a homemade roasted hazelnut praline.
LEMON MOUSSE CAKE (option GLUTEN FREE) – Thin crust topped with a delicate lemon mousse and Italian merengue.
CHOCOBERRIES (GLUTEN FREE) – A chocolate based torte with a chocolate cream center that is finished off with a mixed berries topping.
PASSION FRUIT CAKE (option GLUTEN FREE) – A thin piecrust topped with a fresh passion fruit mousse made from scratch.
STRAWBERRIES & BERRIES TART – Delicate crust, topped with freshly whipped cream and strawberries or mixed berries.
WALNUT CAKE – A delicate cake with finely chopped walnuts with a layer of dulce de leche covering the cake. We then top it off with a layer of whipped cream, chopped walnuts and chocolate ribbons.
ROGEL – 11 thin layers covered in dulce de leche and topped with Italian merengue.
ARROLLADO – JELLY ROLL – Thin sponge cake filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit – it can also have whipped cream and dulce de leche or chopped walnuts.
PASTA FROLA – QUINCE JAM – A very delicate piecrust with a hint of lemon, filled with quince jam and crust ribbons on top.
PAVLOVA (GLUTEN FREE) – A very delicate cake with home made baked merengue, whipped cream and topped with fresh berries.
